Pre-Qualifying Consultation

A gentle assessment is included with your cleaning service to ensure your pet is comfortable and that we can safely proceed. If anxiety, dental concerns, or other factors prevent us from moving forward, there is no fee.

Manual Scaling & Polishing

Teeth are carefully cleaned and polished by hand, with no vibrating or buzzing tools used near your pet’s head. A dedicated set of tools is used for each pet, supported by thorough sanitation protocols.

Antiseptic Rinse

An antiseptic rinse is applied as the final step to help leave your pet’s mouth fresh and clean.

What to Expect

Every appointment begins with a brief consultation and oral assessment to make sure your pet is comfortable and that non-sedation cleaning is appropriate for them.

We introduce the tools and process slowly, working at your pet’s pace. Once they are comfortable, we carefully remove plaque and tartar using manual scaling tools, followed by polishing and an antiseptic oral rinse.

After the appointment, you’ll receive a dental report card outlining what we observed, along with recommendations for at-home maintenance and guidance on when veterinary dental care may be needed.

Your Pet’s Comfort Comes First

This service is never forced. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and well-being are always our priority.

If we are unable to complete the cleaning because of dental concerns, anxiety, stress, aggression, or another safety consideration, we will stop the appointment and discuss the best next steps with you.

If some assessment or cleaning has already been completed, a reduced fee may apply based on the amount of service provided.
